JEFF ALLEN GAME PREVIEW: ARKANSAS at TEXAS A&M

A pair of unbeaten SEC Top 25 teams go at it Saturday in College Station as the No.17 Arkansas
Razorbacks battle the No.10 ranked Texas A&M Aggies. Pundits were writing stories of gloom and
doom for the Razors after their opening game one-point win over La Tech. Bielema’s bunch
rebounded by stopping TCU in it’s next game and then throttled a FCS school in their tune up for
this game. Texas A&M’s HC Kevin Sumlin started his year with his keister in the hot seat but A&M
has opened the year with quality wins against UCLA and Auburn and a win here would make the
Aggies real players in the SEC with Bama and Tennessee up in two of their next three games.

This game opened with A&M as -5.5 point favorite and the total 50 1/2. There has been some movement
on the home team and under with the line now Texas A&M -6 and the over/under 49.5 at this writing.
Weather should not be an issue as the forecast calls for hot, humid weather with strong winds. This
venue has a retractable roof so take that into account in your handicapping. The 9:00 PM kickoff will
be an ESPN feature game.

The Razorbacks are in this position thanks to a defense that is staunch defense that defends the run
very well. The offense is ranked No.80 overall is being run well by Austin Allen and Rawleigh Williams
III is this years feature back with 354 yards at 5.1 per pop and has three scores. As previously
mentioned, the Hogs give up less than a 100 yards overland and is getting better every time out.

The revolving door of quarterbacks seems to have been solved with Oklahoma transfer Trevor Knight.
The new Aggie offense shows great balance with 237 ypg. No.23) on the ground and 294 ypg. through
the air (No. 25) for an offense ranked No.14 overall. The defense is mid-pack in all categories but has
come up big during crunch time.

World Champion Handicapper Jeff Allen will not be playing this game but has already released his
fourth straight Personal Best winner on his home site of www.vegasscoresandodds.com Allen is off
to a fast start in football and is 13-7 in his L20 MLB rleleases. Don’t miss a single play.
