JEFF ALLEN GAME PREVIEW: DALLAS at GREEN BAY

Arguably the best game on the NFL’s Week Six schedule is a possible playoff preview between the
4-1 Dallas Cowboys and the 3-1 Green Bay Packers. The Cowboys have reeled off four straight wins
and are off a beat down of a pretty good Cincinnati game in a game they led 28-0 after three quarters.
The Packers are in the middle of a Lambeau homestand that includes four home games plus their
bye week. The Pack defense was on display last week in the home win over the Giants allowing the
G-Men just 219 yards of total offense.

The line opened Green Bay -4 and 47 and while there has been no movement in Las Vegas, offshore
venues show -3.5 for Packer backers and +4.5 for those looking to play the dog. Weather will be perfect
for the 4:25 PM EST kick with temps in the mid-60’s and a little to know wind.

It might be Tony Romo’s team but there is no denying that Dak Precott is the sheriff of the future. He’s
still rocking a record 154 pass streak without a pick to open his career. Ezekial Elliot got off to a slow
start but is finding his rythm and now leads the league in rushing behind the NFL’s premier offensive
line. The defense has been good, especially against the run for the stop unit allows just 95 ypg.

Many thought the Packer offense would revert back to their 2010-2014 form with the return of Jordy
Nelson to the fold. That hasn’t happened as the Packer offense is just No.25 overall and a shocking
No.27 passing averaging just 209 yards-per-game. The No.9 ranked defense has picked up the slack
and has been impossible to run against (No.1) allowing just 42 and change plus yards per game.

Decent spots for both teams as Dallas can leave it all on the field here with its bye on deck. The Packers
have not been out of state since September 18th and host the Bears the following week. The Pokes have\
always been solid road dogs (19-12) under Garrett. The Packers are on a 19-9 ATS run as non-division
home favorites but remember that Green Bay has scored just once second half TD in four game which
versus a quality team like Dallas means the back door is wide open.
